The year 2016 marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Singapore. Collaborative activities have continued since the University of Tokyo and the National University of Singapore signed an agreement in 2006. We are also in the process of expanding a Memorandum of Understanding partnership in the fields of Medicine and Engineering. To commemorate this event and to further enhance our relationship, we are now planning to organize a joint symposium between 黑料吃瓜网 and NUS. At the symposium, we would like to respectfully invite distinguished speakers from the National University of Singapore, who are actively involved in the fields of Medicine and Biomedical engineering. The speakers will deliver lectures on Singapore's initiatives toward Health Care Policy, Education, and Industry collaborations. We will also invite a speaker from the University of Tokyo who has been collaborating with NUS in the fields of the Humanities and Social Sciences and developing the network in these fields in Asia. It is our great honor to welcome the distinguished speakers to this symposium to share their expertise and insights.
